1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the mikrozaimy.kz website and clients of Mikrozaimy LLP (hereinafter referred to as the 'Operator'). The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Personal Data and Their Protection' and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By using the website and submitting a loan application, the user confirms consent to the terms of this Policy.

• concluding and executing the microloan agreement;
• identifying the borrower and assessing creditworthiness (scoring);
• informing about loan status, payments, and debt;
• fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and interacting with authorized bodies and credit bureaus;
• improving the website and service quality.

4. List of processed data

The Operator may process: surname, first name, patronymic; IIN; identity card data; date of birth; contact phone and email; address; bank card details for loan transfer; information required for scoring; technical data (IP address, cookies, device information).

5. Legal grounds and conditions of processing

Processing is carried out based on the consent of the subject, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (performance of a contract, legal requirements). The Operator processes data on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with data protection requirements.
