Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Subject of Consent

I, the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the 'Subject'), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Personal Data and Their Protection,' grant Mikrozaimy LLP (hereinafter referred to as the 'Operator') consent to the collection, processing, storage, and other actions with my personal data under the terms set forth below. Consent is given freely, of my own will, and in my own interest when submitting an application for a microcredit.

2. List of Personal Data

Consent applies to the following data: last name, first name, patronymic; date and place of birth; IIN; identity document details; registration and residence address; phone number and email address; bank card details; income and employment information (if available); information necessary for creditworthiness assessment; technical data (IP address, cookies, device data).

3. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed for the purposes of: reviewing the application and making a decision on issuing a microcredit; concluding and executing the agreement; identification and scoring; informing about the loan status and debt; fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; interacting with credit bureaus and authorized bodies.

4. List of Actions with Data

Consent is given to perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, both with and without the use of automation tools.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

The Subject agrees to the transfer of their personal data to credit bureaus and other third parties in cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or necessary for the execution of the microcredit agreement, provided that confidentiality and data security are ensured.

6. Validity Period and Withdrawal of Consent

Consent is valid from the moment it is provided and for the entire period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, as well as the storage period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Subject has the right to withdraw consent by sending a written statement to the email info@mikrozaimy.kz or to the Operator's address. Withdrawal of consent does not apply to processing necessary for the execution of an already concluded agreement and legal requirements.

7. Confirmation

By submitting an application for a microcredit and accepting the Public Offer, The Subject confirms that they have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy, understand their content and provide consent for the processing of personal data under the specified conditions.
